The reporting location for this position is Anza-Borrego Desert State Park maintenance shop. This position is responsible for the primary duties, including performing skilled facility maintenance and repair work in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and masonry. Responsibilities include performing minor equipment repair, trail maintenance, working with California Conservation Corp crews and local volunteer groups. Other duties will include maintaining potable water systems, facility housekeeping, ordering supplies, completing reports, conducting safety meetings and training seasonal employees.
