Job Description:
Under the general supervision of a Staff Services Manager II, Supervisor, the Legal Secretary provides the full range of legal secretarial and administrative duties for the Tax and Fee Programs Division of the Legal Department. The incumbent prepares and edits a variety of complicated legal documents related to the tax and fee programs, independently prepares Board hearing files for attorneys, and is responsible for calendaring and ensuring attorneys meet all statutory, judicial, administrative and legislative deadlines. Lateral transfers are welcome to apply. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
