JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Office Services Supervisor II, the Management Services Technician will be responsible for reimbursements for inspection services, including tracking and reporting of outstanding receivables and payables. The incumbent will maintain the Branch’s Functional Time Reporting database; update and maintain statewide dairy farm and milk plant data storage, including issuance and tracking of permits; will research, gather, and analyze information for special projects related to workload analysis, effectiveness of branch resources and budget planning; and will also perform a variety of administrative support duties for the branch.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :
Incumbents must have good judgment, the ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and customers, make appropriate decisions, work independently to complete assignments, work well under pressure, and meet required deadlines. Incumbents skilled in the use of computer software applications such as, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access are preferred.
