The incumbent will serve as a lead member of the Mid-Tier unit. The Analyst typically serves as a lead or mentor to staff on project and technical teams. They work independently to develop and maintain existing applications of the highest complexity that support the enterprise content management (ECM) system at the Board of Equalization (BOE). They develop or enhance the most complex applications in support of any BOE entity. This can include participating on a team for the most complex ECM system projects, providing primary support for ECM systems, and participating on teams that explore and apply new ECM technologies to solve new business problems or increase the efficiency of existing systems. Candidate must be able to perform the essential job functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations. Advanced experience with Captiva and/or Documentum software is highly desired. Advanced experience developing ECM applications is highly desired. Experience programming in C# and/or Java is highly desired.
