The Board of Equalization’s Employee Services Branch has two (2) SSM I openings one in our Examination and Recruitment and Workforce and Succession Planning Sections. Candidates must possess excellent leadership skills, including; but not limited to, excellent communication, planning and organizational skills, and provide professional service to internal and external customers. The incumbent will lead a great team of analysts who are responsible for providing guidance, consultation, recommendations, and training to supervisors and managers on the civil service merit and personnel management systems. The position is located in a high-rise building. Training and development assignments may be considered.

Travel required 10% of the time.
