DUTIES

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manger I of the Summer Food and Data Management Unit, in the Nutrition Services Division, the Child Nutrition Consultant will assist staff with a variety of nutrition-related projects including assisting with Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) application review, food safety and menu production training, onsite pre-approval visits, SFSP menu review, follow-up technical assistance, and other duties as needed to support the SFSP during peak workload periods.

** Child Nutrition Program knowledge and experience and Registered Dietitians preferred.
