Job Description:
Under the general supervision of a Business Taxes Compliance Supervisor II, the Business Taxes Compliance Specialist handles the most complex cases and acts as a program expert and a lead person providing technical and functional guidance to Business Taxes Representatives and Tax Technicians. The incumbent acts as an expert resource to journey level staff with responsibility under the various sales and use tax programs and provides support to management and supervisors. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.

Meeting the training requirements for this position may require overnight travel for up to five consecutive nights.
