Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Supervising Program Technician III, the incumbent will serve as a team leader for three to five Program Technicians II involved in editing activities and processes.

In this lead capacity, the Program Technician III will provide technical direction and guidance on the more complex issues concerning the Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) system.

Interprets and applies Federal and State Unemployment Insurance (UI) covered laws and regulations pertaining to employment and wages reporting. Submits work orders for needed program listings, data comparison totals of UI accounts, and industry codes.
