The reporting location for this position is Russian Gulch State Park on the beautiful Mendocino coast. This position will work under the direction of the Sector Park Maintenance Chief. The Park Maintenance Supervisor serves as the field supervisor for facility operations and functions for Van Damme State Park, Hendy Woods State Park, Manchester State Park, Navarro River Redwoods State Park, Mailliard Redwoods State Natural Reserve, Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve, Schooner Gulch State Beach, and Greenwood State Beach. The incumbent is responsible for management and administration of the maintenance program for the Sector. Duties include evaluating the Sector’s infrastructure for project development, working with staff to update and maintain the Computerized Asset Management Program (CAMP) and Park Infrastructure Database, as well as developing the Sector’s Trails program. The incumbent’s work schedule will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. A state trailer pad may be available.
