As a Classification and Pay Analyst you will be responsible for interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations, reviewing position action requests, out-of-class assignments, training and development assignments, proposed reorganizations, and more. Other opportunities include, but are not limited to, formulating or revising classification specifications and allocation guidelines; working on special projects; and providing training in a classroom environment.
