The Staff Information Systems Analyst performs a variety of complex analytical and technical processes to support the definition and implementation of solutions for business problems and opportunities. The business analyst works independently as well as collaboratively with business partners, project managers and all levels of management to define and document strategies, architectures, and requirements for programs and projects that support the continuous improvement in technology and processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities are required. Candidates must be able to take initiative, multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and use good judgment. Candidates must have the ability to identify, define, and document and manage business requirements. Knowledge of IBM RequistePro/Composer desired but not required. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. 2 positions are available. The positions are located in a high-rise building.
