Under the general direction of the Business Tax Administrator (BTA) III, the Office Technician (OT) provides clerical support for the Tax Revenue and Criminal Enforcement (TRaCE) task force staff. Duties include typing and preparing reports, proofreading correspondence, filing, data entry, handling incoming phone calls and maintaining confidential taxpayer and administrative files. This position requires a high degree of initiative, independence, and originality in order to complete tasks with minimal supervision or specific directions. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
