This position is located in Riverside, CA. Under general direction of a Business Taxes Administrator II, the Business Taxes Administrator I is responsible for the statewide audit and compliance activities of the Interstate Commerce Analysis program that includes reviewing leads for the audit selection, preparing and transmitting audit referrals to the audit team & following-up, identifying 1032 leads and referring them to the out of state district office, sending letters throughout the state to use tax leads, reviewing claims of exemption, planning, directing, and organizing the workflow within the program, resolving problems involving office environment, and immediately addresses issues of health and safety. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.

4. Describe a specific situation where you coached a subordinate or co-worker to enhance his/her job performance. In your response, please describe how you approached this person, the coaching techniques that you utilized, and the outcome.
