The reporting location for this position is in the District Office located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. This position will work under the direction of the Administrative Officer I. The San Diego Coast District business and fiscal unit is looking for a service first, motivated and dedicated individual to join their team. The position accomplishes most tasks on an independent basis. Desirable qualifications include experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, and will serve as lead to the Senior Park Aide assigned to the District Office. The incumbent should possess the following interpersonal skills: excellent customer service, prioritizing and time management skills, communication skills, resourcefulness, team member experience, and be punctual and dependable. The District seeks someone who enjoys helping others and brings a positive outlook to the office. Public transportation is available from parts of the San Diego area. State housing is not available.
