What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a fun and supportive work environment as a member of the Automated Schedule Processing (ASP) team in BOE’s Technology Services Department. The team maintains the ASP subsystem of the Integrated Revenue Information System (IRIS). IRIS runs on a mainframe platform with an Adabas database using the Natural programming language. You will be working with the team or independently to develop new ASP applications and maintain existing ASP programs.
• Knowledge of systems analysis, design, coding and unit testing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Experience with the z/OS IBM mainframe platform
• Knowledge of Natural/ADABAS
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
