Job Description:

The Board of Equalization, Human Resources Division, is looking for an energetic and customer service oriented Office Technician (Typing) to join an outstanding team devoted to training BOE employees. The candidate should have excellent clerical and organizational skills, along with positive customer service experience. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent will support the staff of the Training and Employee Development Section in preparing professional documents for use by the trainers and in training classes; reserve training rooms for other customers; ensure adequate supplies are available for upcoming classes; serve as the receptionist for the unit; support staff and the manager in various tasks. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
