Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator II, the incumbent provides technical support and program expertise to staff, supervisors, and management in the Special Taxes Policy and Compliance Division. The incumbent represents the Special Taxes Policy and Compliance Division at multi-departmental meetings as a program subject matter expert. Duties are to assist in the analysis and development of policy and procedures related to the administration of the various tax and fee programs, forms and document clearance processes, and analyzing and preparing various management and statistical reports as requested by the Division. In addition, the Business Taxes Compliance Specialist will be responsible for completing special assignments as requested by management. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
