The reporting location for this position is the Sonoma Sector Maintenance Shop. This position will work under the direction of the Park Maintenance Supervisor. This position is utilized to perform semi-skilled and journey level skilled construction related craft skills to construct, modify and maintain park facilities (including historic facilities) to Department-wide standards. This position may act as a trainer and lead person to Park Maintenance Assistants, seasonal Maintenance Aids, and volunteers. Primary duties are located in the Sonoma State Historic Park (SHP), Petaluma Adobe SHP, Annadel State Park, Benicia State Parks, and other parks within the Silverado Sector. The incumbent’s work schedule will be Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. State housing may be available.
