The reporting location for this position is the District Office located at the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve in Lancaster. This position will work under the direction of the District Superintendent. The Administrative Officer II performs all components of the administrative program including the more difficult and/or sensitive analytical and administrative tasks associated with budgets, donor agreements, fiscal management, personnel management, employee relations, business services and contracts. This position serves as integral member of a management team for eleven diverse and geographically separated park units. This position may be downgraded for recruitment purposes.
