Job Description:
All applicants will be considered, however SROA/Surplus must be given priority. Under the general direction of a Personnel Supervisor I, the Board of Equalization is looking for individuals who are self-motivated and enjoy a fast pace work environment. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively apply laws, rules, regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. The incumbent will be responsible for independently researching and preparing documents for appointments, separations, various payroll benefit documents and miscellaneous changes. BOE is located downtown within walking distance of the river, the capitol, shopping mall and restaurants. This position is located in a high-rise building.
