The reporting location for this position is the Redwood National and State Parks Headquarters in Crescent City. This position will work under the direction of the Sector Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the most formalized State and National Park partnership in the Nation with many challenging and rewarding issues. The incumbent will be part of a team that both works within and outside of this partnership. The incumbent will track accounts and expenditures, tracks special PCA documents, maintains spreadsheets and databases, prepares correspondence, distributes mail, prepares Report of Collections, assists in seasonal hiring, orders office supplies, attends administration meetings, and assists interpretation with coverage of public information. Verbal, computer, and written communication skills are highly desirable, along with the ability to successfully interact with staff of two agencies. This position may work up to 1500 hours per year.
