The reporting location for this position is the Twin Cities District Office located in Rancho Cordova. This position will work under the direction of the District Administrative Chief. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of administrative duties and will be responsible for the personnel program functions which include processing payroll, health benefits officer, hiring/separation process, state employee housing, workers' compensation, reconciliation of leave balances, track employee Merit Salary Adjustments. The duties emphasize handling confidential personnel records and detailed accounting information. Desirable qualifications include excellent organizational skills, experience with computer databases, able to multi-task, detail-oriented, and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
