The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Director and Deputy Directors in the Director’s Office.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing internal and external customer service and administrative support. Duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, tracking and monitoring controlled correspondence, as well as filing, mailing, preparing folders, updating databases, and typing correspondences.
