We are seeking a team oriented and collaborative individual for an Associate Information Systems Analyst opening within the Technology Services Department, Strategic Project Office. Working under the direction of the Data Processing Manager III, the successful candidate will participate in the development of Project Management standards, documents, templates, and procedures. The analyst may act as a project team member or provide Project Management support. The analyst may also help plan projects, resolve issues, perform project tasks, prepare estimates, help develop project schedules, and perform work in an effective, accurate, and timely manner. The position is located in a high-rise building. Training and development assignments may be considered. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project and Visio 2010.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, the Project Management and System Development Life Cycle (PMLC & SDLC).
• Knowledge and/or experience in Quality Management methods and processes.
• Experience in applying IT concepts, practices, methods, and principles.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working on and/or supporting projects.
