Job Description:
Food Service Technician I is responsible for serving and assisting with the preparation of foods and beverages; clean and maintain food service equipment, utensils and work areas. Duties are related to both kitchen (food preparation) and dining room (food presentation) environments. Maintains a safe, sanitary and therapeutic environment to protect the clients. Requires standing, walking, bending and/or stooping for extended periods of time. Exposure to loud noises. Frequently move/rearrange food items and/or equipment weighting up to fifty (50) pounds.
