Under the direct supervision of the Education Administrator for the Southern Field Services Office (SFSO), the Office Technician (OT) will type, edit, and format written documents, independently prepare correspondence supplying factual information, independently and as a team member prepare for Department-sponsored functions and meetings, process travel arrangements, and provide clerical support to the SFSO Administrator, consultants, and analysts.
Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities in person and by telephone

Accuracy in handling numerical data
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of and experience with documenting and improving work processes
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access
