Under the direction of the Director of the Child Development Division (CDD), the person selected for this position will assist the Division Director in areas related to child care and development programs and services for children throughout the State. Duties include writing, reviewing, editing, and analyzing documents prepared for the Director and other relevant materials; communication with the Director, the CDD Management Team, Department staff, and the public; analyzing data and formulating recommendations; assisting the Director with work flow; and researching issues to support the Director. Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access; a variety of databases; and Web applications
