Job Description:
This position serves as a system administrator for the Board’s Enterprise Content Management System providing expert technical support in resolving the most complex problems with server infrastructure and related components such as EMC Documentum, Captiva, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. The analyst leads the trouble diagnosis process working with BOE customers and vendors ensuring timely resolution. The analyst also serves as a technical expert for “Digital BOE” projects, developing and maintaining project plans and provides leadership for implementing new systems or changes in support of the Board’s network software infrastructure and related components. The analyst has overall responsibility to ensure projects are completed timely and with minimal impact to customers / services. In addition, experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and VMware virtual servers is desired but not required.
