Under the general supervision of the Data Processing Manager II, the Staff Information System Analyst (SISA) serves in a lead capacity as the advanced technical specialist, and provides support on a wide range of system integration support for complex business impact analysis, development and design issues, integration analysis, and maintenance of the application subsystems within the integrated corporate database. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and conducting system testing for various subsystems, and for multiple business users; Coordinates training for changes and enhancements to the subsystems; Writes and maintains documentation including business rules, requirements, flow charts, on-line passive help, and testing documentation such as test plans, test scripts, test execution schedules, test results, and defect tracking. In addition, the incumbent should possess strong communication skills, organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities; Effectively interact with staff at various levels; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Multi-task; and Handle changing priorities. Experience with testing in a mainframe environment, testing with internet/web based applications, Job Control Language (JCL), Time-Sharing Options (TSO), and Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) is desirable.
