The Staff Information Systems Analyst performs a variety of complex analytical and technical processes to support the definition and implementation of solutions for business problems and opportunities. The business analyst works independently as well as collaboratively with business partners, project managers and all levels of management to define and document strategies, architectures as well as elicit, analyze and manage requirements and other processes associated with the business analysis discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities are required. Candidates must be able to take initiative, multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and use good judgment. Candidates must have the ability to identify, define, and document and manage requirements. Knowledge of IBM RequistePro/Composer desired but not required. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority and the most qualified candidates will be invited for an interview. 2 positions are available. The positions are located in a high-rise building. These positions may become permanent if the necessary funding becomes available.
