Job Description:
All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. Incumbent will provide first line technical support on the Call Center’s Avaya telephone System, Avaya Workforce Management System, and the Call Management System. Troubleshoot and correct hardware and software problems, Interpretation and analysis of numerous system reports, monitor incoming telephone traffic, ensure system security and maintain system documentation. Assist Call center staff with PC issues, provide desktop, printer, and fax machine support. Install/relocate personal computers, printers, and fax machines as needed. Act as liaison with TSD staff in solving PC, BOE applications, or network issues. Must work well independently or as a team member. Local and overnight travel required 10% of the time.
