Duties: Under the direction of the
Administrative Sergeant, the Maintenance Worker performs janitorial duties
including, but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms,
vacuuming and shampooing carpets, dusting and polishing furniture, and cleaning
windows. In addition, the Maintenance worker will assist with ensuring
enforcement vehicles are properly maintained, delivering motor vehicles to
repair facilities when necessary, performing minor repairs and adjustments on
motor vehicles if necessary, helping to maintain records of vehicle repairs and
maintenance, and assists with maintaining automotive supplies.
Also, the Maintenance
Worker helps maintain the facility and surrounding grounds in a neat, clean
manner which reflects favorably upon the Department, performs minor grounds and
facility repairs, and other duties as assigned.

eligible to transfer, lateral transfers, voluntary demotions, reinstatements,
those eligible for appointment from a certification list, and employees on a
State Restriction of Appointments (SROA) list or designated Surplus. All
