This position is a one year limited term position.
Under the general supervision of the Application Development Manager, the incumbent functions as a tester on new releases of our case management software, AWARE.
This position acts as a lead on the design and testing of new releases. This includes creating plans and schedules, reviewing and assigning work to other testers, coordinating with end-users for usability, liaison support for issue resolution, and operations for release.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepares and maintains test plans; builds a comprehensive suite of traceable test plans, scripts, and use cases to aid in regression testing as we go forward
Analyze, design, code, implement, and run tests, performs system and regression testing to ensure an error-free release of software.
Provides test management and leadership of testing to other staff and coordinates with operations the implementation of new releases with the user community to ensure a smooth delivery of the finished system.
Marginal Job Functions:
Performs administrative activities to keep management informed on the status of assignments.
