JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the direction of the Imaging & eGateway Services Section (IeSS) Test Manager, the incumbent functions as a member of the IeSS testing team, responsible for testing activities for FTB’s imaging and data capture systems including the Image Process Cashiering System (IPACS) ,the iCapture System, and the image based deposit system.
As a member of this team, you are responsible for first-line analysis and problem resolution of production issues, working with the customer to define and document business requirements, and performing hardware and software system testing. This will include creating test documents, and executing and validating test results.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of application testing
Experience with system testing on imaging systems
Experience in providing customer service and support in a technical environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Willing to adjust work schedule to meet operational needs
Able to work independently and in a team environment, handle multiple priorities and workloads
Knowledge of project management and project management methodologies
