Job Description:
This position is in Riverside, CA. The BTCS performs the more complex and difficult tax compliance and collection work on leads provided by the California Department of Food & Agriculture. The accounts are worked from the office by telephone and through the mail using an inside collection program. A personal computer is used to obtain daily assignments, gather information, record actions and enter case notes. The incumbent must be able to work in a high rise building and must be able to travel overnight for training if necessary. All applicants will be considered however, SROA surplus will be given priority.
