Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of the Allocation Group, the Tax Auditors responsible for investigating the less difficult claims of misallocation petitions filed by cities, counties, special taxing jurisdictions, and/or their consultants to determine if there has been a misallocation of local or district taxes. Knowledge of the cash receipts system is required as the auditor makes on-line adjustments to the local tax allocations. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
