Job Description:
Under close supervision of the Supervising Tax Auditor II, the Tax Auditor performs analytical work on appeals cases that are of the least to moderately difficult. This position follows general directions for the many varied duties that are performed in the area of appeals and must communicate with taxpayers and their representatives and utilize the Board’s computer systems in order to complete these tasks.

This position will work in all special taxes programs and must be able to work on assignments as an individual and in small groups. This position may require up to 25% travel statewide and out-of-state. Interested candidates must meet educational requirements. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. Multiple positions are available.
