The Transactions Section within the Human Resources Division is looking for a highly motivated person with strong customer service and organizational skills. This person must possess the abilities to effectively communicate with all levels of management both verbally and in writing, pay attention to details, maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all matters pertaining to BOE employees. Good attendance and the flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing assignments and priorities are a must. This position will act as back up receptionist, support the Transaction’s Section and report directly to the Staff Services Manager I over the section. The position is located in a high-rise building. Training and development assignments may be considered. A LEAP Certification List will be utilized. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
