Under the general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator I, the Attendance Coordinator independently performs a variety of Personnel and clerical support functions, which require strong organizational skills, confidentiality and tact. This includes but is not limited to preparing hire/separation paperwork, maintaining files and databases, key coordinator, assisting with phone calls, and providing Division-wide support as needed. Work hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. The position will be located in BOE’s branch office location in the Culver City area of Los Angeles. Travel will be required for this position, initial training may consist of several weeks of overnight travel, and subsequent training may require overnight travel for up to a week per training session. This is a limited-term position that may become permanent if funding is approved. For more information, call for a copy of the Duty Statement.
