The reporting location for this position is the Park Pass Sales Office located in the Resources Building in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II of the Visitor Services Section within Park Operations. The incumbent will field general questions from the public regarding discount and annual passes as well as providing sales of passes to the public. This position is also responsible for tracking applications and answering questions regarding the status of applications. The primary duties of the position are walk-in and phone contact with the public, tracking, responding to public inquiries, general support, and customer service interaction between staff at Headquarters and field locations as well as with the general public.
