Under close supervision of a Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining the attendance records for Division staff. Provides clerical/technical support and coordinates training for Division staff. The position requires the ability to follow directions and communicate effectively. The position requires knowledge and use of the Division’s supported software applications including spreadsheet software. With direction the incumbent provides word processing support that entails creating reports, tables and charts; issuing clear and comprehensive departmental publications and manuals.
Will also consider hiring Office Technician (Typing) for this level.

The position requires the ability to evaluate situations accurately and take effective action, as well as follow directions and communicate effectively. The incumbent provides word processing support, filing and records management, document preparation and review, statistical and other record keeping.
