The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Accounting Administrator I Supervisor. This position will act as a lead for the General Ledger Unit that is responsible for over 33 funding sources including Federal Funds, Bond Funds, and Special Funds. Responsibilities include SCO reconciliations, remittances, analyzing and posting journal entries, and preparing Year-end Financial Statements. The Unit is also responsible for 600 reimbursable accounts which may include Advance Collections or invoicing processes. Knowledge of CALSTARS, PC experience, Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
