This position requires that the incumbent maintain consistent and regular attendance; communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with the public, fellow employees and/or management; develop and maintain knowledge and skills related to specific tasks, methodologies, materials, tools and equipment; complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner; and, adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding attendance, leave, and conduct.
Under the direction of the Data Processing Manager II the Associate Information Systems Analyst (AISA) shall perform project management duties on systems supporting the customers of the County Services Unit. Technical and administrative duties include business analysis, requirements documentation; statistical reporting of analysis, problem tracking, acceptance testing, and day-to-day operational activities related to Short Doyle/Medi-Cal Claim systems. The AISA will perform a variety of work assignments.

•Must possess good work habits (good attendance, punctuality, dependability, accurateness of work product)
Required experience with the following software:
•Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project)
Desired knowledge of the following software and/or systems:
•SQL Server, Reporting Services
•SD/MC II, ITWS, DCS, Cost Reports, USL Financial, EDI systems
•Basic understanding of the Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal claiming and payment system
•Project management tracking logs
