The reporting location for this position is the Central Valley District Office located in Columbia. This position will work under the direction of the District Administrative Chief. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with the District’s personnel function, but also assists with reception and accounting duties when necessary. The primary duties include, but are not limited to, performing a full range of complex personnel services for the Central Valley District, including timekeeping, personnel transactions, hiring and separations, budget and expenditure tracking, personnel training, FMLA requirements, and workers’ compensation.
