This position serves as an expert in network connectivity for multiple platforms. Serves as a project leader providing expert technical support in resolving the most complex problems with network infrastructure and related components such as servers, controllers and personal computers, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Documentum, SharePoint and VMware virtual servers as well as network backup software and related equipment. The analyst leads the trouble diagnosis process working with BOE customers and vendors ensuring timely resolution. Develops and maintains project plans and provides leadership for implementing new systems or changes in support of the Board’s network software infrastructure and related components. The analyst has overall responsibility to ensure projects are completed timely and with minimal impact to customers / services.
