JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the direction of the Administrator II, the incumbent is responsible for the analytical activities associated with Business Services' Mail Distribution Center units. Provides the research, and impact analysis on 1) quality control and throughput processing activities, 2) address and return mail, 3) benchmarking external applications and industry standard for equipment and process enhancement, and 4) long range planning based on department program changes. Develop and maintain an information management system for the department's mail operation. Acts as team lead/mentor in support of internal Business Services analytical projects and represents Business Services on special external project teams.

Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) may also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
