The reporting location for this position is Headquarters located in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor). The Senior Accounting Officer will perform the following duties in the Travel and Office of Revolving Fund Unit: Audit and process American Express invoice, Uniform Allowances, travel claims both Calaters and manual and monthly reconciliation for Office of Revolving Fund; Prepare and assemble invoices or claims into claim schedules for input in CALSTARS; Respond to inquiries from field staff and vendors regarding payment status; Reconcile balances on CALSTARS against assigned reports.
