Job Description:

Under the general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator (BTA III) and a Staff Services Manager III (SSM III) overall lead, the Business Taxes Specialist II (BTS II) may act as a team lead for program readiness efforts to document business rules and data definitions and assist with the data conversion to the new system. Coordinates and facilitates a number of meetings and business rules validation sessions. Supports the development, tracking and maintenance of documents, tools, and reports for the CROS parallel initiatives. They also act as a lead or a lead analyst on CROS. The position is located in a high rise building. All applicants will be considered however SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
