District 11 is accepting applications for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the 805/52 Corridor Division. All applicants will be screened for breadth and depth of experience. Only the most qualified applicants will be interviewed based on screening criteria. For this reason, it is especially important that applicants take special care in accurately and completely filling out the application.
In addition to the state application, each prospective applicant is required to submit a one-page written paper (Statement of Qualifications) describing his or her qualifications and experience related to project management and project control.
Under the general direction of the Project Manager, a senior level manager, the Project Manager Assistant (PMA) receives supervision from the Corridor Project Director, a Supervising Transportation Engineer, and guidance from the Staff Services Manager II in the Program Project Management Unit. The incumbent is responsible for the more complex district projects, in the management of funding and programming District Capital projects. The PMA will work independently and in conjunction with the Project Manager, provide analytical and staff support to develop, administer and monitor complex phases of the funding processes. The incumbent will provide professional expertise by working with local, federal and other governmental agencies to secure and track funding for the various eligible District Projects.
