JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general supervision of an Office Services Manager I, the TPS is responsible for the supervision of a multifunctional support team that provides technical support to the ARM collection activities. It is expected that the individual will consistently exercise a high degree of independence, initiative and professionalism.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

- Strong time management skills
- Familiarity with the department’s programs, policies, organization and function
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the performance evaluation process
Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) may also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
